AI Integration

Service Overview

We design and build AI agents and MCP servers that plug directly into your existing systems - CRMs, internal tools, APIs, and databases - so AI can act on real, up-to-date data instead of operating in isolation. Every integration is scoped around the specific tasks you need automated, with the access controls and guardrails to run it safely in production.

How We Work

  1. Discover

Find the tasks worth automating and the data they need.

  2. Design

Agents, MCP servers and guardrails for what the AI may do.

  3. Build & Integrate

Connected to your apps and data, tested for accuracy.

  4. Hand Over

Docs, monitoring and handover so your team can run it.

What's Included

  • Discovery & Use-Case Scoping

A signed scope document defining the workflows to automate and, per agent and per MCP server, the exact number of functions/tools to expose - the primary driver of both engineering effort and per-call token cost.

  • Agent Design

Task-specific agent architecture (autonomous or human-in-the-loop), including prompt/tool design and failure-mode handling - not a generic chatbot wrapper.

  • MCP Server Development

Custom Model Context Protocol server(s) exposing your systems, APIs, and data through a controlled, auditable, function-scoped interface.

  • System Integration

Wiring the agent/MCP layer into existing CRMs, databases, internal tools, or APIs.

  • Access Control & Guardrails

Scoped credentials, action allow-lists, rate limits, and human-approval gates for anything irreversible or high-risk.

  • Token Usage Testing

Scripted runs across representative workloads to measure real token consumption per task and per agent, so production cost is known before rollout rather than estimated after the fact.

  • Testing & Validation

Functional test cases against real workflows, plus adversarial/edge-case testing before production rollout.

  • Documentation & Handover

Architecture docs, runbook, and training for your team on maintaining the integration afterward.

The Challenge

Most AI pilots stall because the model has no reliable way to reach your actual systems. We build the agents and integration layer that turn a language model into something that can safely take real action in your environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what teams ask before we start working together.

Do we need our own AI/ML expertise in-house?

No - we handle the integration work end-to-end, and can train your team on maintaining it afterward.

Can you connect AI models to our existing systems?

Yes - most of our integration work is exactly that: wiring AI models into existing tools, databases, and workflows.

How do you handle data privacy with AI providers?

We scope what data is sent externally, and can design around self-hosted models where privacy requirements demand it.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per agent/MCP-server engagement, in three tiers based on the number of functions/tools exposed - see the Pricing section below for exact figures.
